"HIGH HOPES" This fellow is Chuck Naiser who introduced me to bay fishing at Rockport, Texas. I don't believe there is anyone who likes fishing more than Chuck; at least not anyone I've met. About once a year he drags me thtough every bay in Aransas County and sometimes we even catch a fish.
