"BIKIN' THRU BEAUMONT" The Jefferson Theater, built in 1927, is in Downtown Beaumont, Texas and "Baby The Rain Must Fall" was filmed in Southeast Texas in 1964. I'm told that Country Singer George Jones ushered there, also that the World Premier's of "It's a Wonderful Life" and "Babe" were held there and that Steve McQueen lived in Beaumont for a short time. Any resemblance to Steve on the Motorcycle is purely intentional!
